ToDo Tools And The Myth Of Sisyphus

As I look at the several todo tools that I use, I see that with technology I can construct my own maze, and the tools to negotiate it, and the tools to manage the tools to negotiate it.

But instead of getting to the top of the hill of Sisyphus, I am simply able to construct bigger hills.

It’s not all as bad as that, but technology does sometimes make it feel like that.

    1. Sometimes what’s blasted as simplifying life makes it more complicated. :-/
      My neighbor was thrilled to get a riding mower, then he realized it’s a really a small tractor and quite expensive so he shouldn’t leave it outside at night.

      No garage meant he had to spend more money to purchase a utility shed to park the mower in, then he had to construct it so that means time gone from his days off and so on…
